Your help is needed to continue existing programs and to add new programs for the children.

Funds are needed more than anything.

We need funds for such items that most people take for granted. The list is virtually endless. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to the children without administrative expense or other overhead.

Checks can be made out to El Buen Pastor Fund or EBPF and sent to:

Pam Smith
3258 Haynie Road
Custer, WA 98240

Annual receipts will be sent out by the end of January for tax purposes.

Checks can be designated to be used for the "entertainment", "clothing", "private school", "vocational training" or for any other aspect of the Casa de Hogar which you would like to aid. Your wishes will be honoured.

Many people ask about sending things to the Casa. This is not a good solution, because the mail is unreliable, postage is expensive, and unaffordable duties may be levied on what you send.

If you are coming to Morelia and would like to help out or just visit the orphanage, contact Sandra Martinez, she speaks English.

Time: evenings at her home between 8-10:00 pm, or mornings before 9am.
Her phone number in Morelia: 313-14-87,
from the U.S.: 011-52-443-313-1487

Unfortunately the Casa Hogar El Buen Pastor does not have adequate facilities to board visitors.

If you are in Morelia there are many needed items you can buy at Costco, Walmart, etc. The items fall into three main categories. Personal care items such as shampoo, gel, hand cream, feminine hygiene supplies, combs, barretts, etc. Household items like dish soap, low suds laundry soap, bleach, hand soap, toilet paper and Kleenex. The third area is school supplies such as pens, pencils, erasers and colored markers. It is always necessary to check with the Casa for particular needs at the time. We discourage sweets and used clothing. Thank you for your interest and bless you!
